Please note: All candidates attending First Aid Courses require photographic ID for candidate registration in the morning on the first day of the course. Candidates unable to provide photographic ID before initial assessment are unable to gain an accredited qualification. Booking Conditions & Information 1. Cancellations by the customer within 14 days of the course date will incur a 50% charge. 2. Cancellations by the customer within 48 hours of the course will incur a 100% charge. 3. Bookings can only be confirmed once a completed, signed booking form is returned. * 4. Entitled discounts will be applied by the ATCoRS Team on booking confirmation. 5. If a delegate does not complete the qualification on the course booked and subsequently attends at a later date, a further pro-rata charge will apply. Should a delegate require reassessment for any part of the qualification, the first will be free of charge. Subsequent reassessments will be charged at £30 each. 6. If you are an organisation booking on behalf of individual learners, please note the following. The IW NHS ATCoRS cannot be held accountable for any contractual agreement made regarding payment between the booking organisation and the individual learners. All learners that pass the course undertaken will gain certification. Therefore, we politely advise that any money due from the learner (e.g., your employee) to the booking organisation (ATCoRS client) is paid before the completion of the requested course. *Booking forms sent electronically from a business email address are accepted. ** Clients will be charged for the number of candidates provided on the booking form. If on the day of the course less candidates attend, a 100% cancellation fee will apply. ***If training is to take place at your own venue, a suitable training room must be provided. For accredited first aid courses, access to PowerPoint via a projector & screen / smart TV / smart whiteboard etc. is required.
